This is the second extension of the HFQLG.  The first extension was included in the Sec. 338 of the Consolidated Appropriations Resolution, 2003 ( H.J 2)

SEC. 338. Congress reaffirms its original intent that the Herger-Feinstein Quincy Library Group Forest Recovery Act of 1998 be implemented, and hereby extends the expiration of the Quincy Library Group Act by 5 years. (Close Window)
